This POE (Point-of-entry) filter series are carbon block filters that are made using high performance coconut shell carbon having more micro pores compared to other types of carbon, coupled with a unique binder system which delivers a product with<br \/>\nsuperior adsorption capacity and kinetic dynamics. There are two initial filtration solutions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 Micron Carbon Block, High Capacity<\/li>\n<li>20 Micron Carbon Block, High Porosity\/Low Pressure Drop<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This ONE &#8211; Water Filtration Simplified\u2122 combination of high performance carbon, unique binders, and proprietary manufacturing process delivers exceptionally low pressure drop, high dirt holding capacity and excellent contaminant reductions. The 3 micron rated filter has been 3rd party tested to treat 250,000 gallons of water @ 7gpm with 2ppm of Chlorine. The \u201cBlue Series\u201d of carbon block filters are ideal for a wide range of Residential, Food Service, Commercial, and Industrial applications, and are effective at reducing unwanted bad taste and odor, along with chlorine taste and odor from potable drinking water. The filters are ideal as polishing or pre-filters in applications requiring fine filtration and high capacity.
