This filter series are combination filters of an outer layer of Polypropylene String with a Meltblown Polypropylene core. There are two initial filtration solutions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>20 Micron String Wound Outer Layer with a 5 micron Meltblown PP Core<\/li>\n<li>50 Micron String Wound Outer Layer with a 20 micron Meltblown PP Core<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These ONE &#8211; Water Filtration Simplified\u2122 dual media filters provide a cost effective, extended service life product capable of capturing a broad range of particulates, with high service flow rates up to 60gpm with less than 15 Delta P. The outer pre-filter is manufactured using 100% polypropylene yarn wound in a precise pattern to capture 20 or 50 microns, or larger, thus extending the service life of the inner filter. The outer filter will capture<br \/>\nfine sediment, sand, silt, rust and scale particles. The 5 or 20 micron Meltblown inner filter is manufactured using thermally bonded polypropylene fibers offering minimal pressure drop and consistent downstream flow without fiber migration.
