Massachusetts has announced more than $1 billion in low-interest loans to support drinking water and wastewater infrastructure improvements across the state. The funding, provided through the State Revolving Fund, will help finance 70 projects, including approximately $703 million for 41 wastewater construction projects and $315 million for 29 drinking water construction projects.
